This statement about being &quot;green&quot;: &quot;It is about doing something that improves your relationship with God’s creation,&quot; is quite true.  Being in touch with the natural world around us is a way to be in touch with the heart of God.  Close study of the natural world reveals a lot about the detail-oriented Creator.

Those who wonder how a supreme being as big as the vastness of time and space could even be interested in the details of one human being should spend some time outdoors or with a microscope and a drop of &quot;dirty&quot; pond water.  The fine details of a flower, copepod, or feather follow onto a story in our scriptures about Solomon&#039;s clothing and lilies!</description>
